The Pine Ridge Council will hold a public hearing at the Town Hall on November 13, at 6:30 pm to consider the proposed Ordinances from SCE&G and MCEC to reflect the Electrical Service Rights Agreement: Ordinance 2018-11 & Ordinance 2018-12: Amending Ordinance Adopting an Electric & Gas Franchise Agreement with SCE&G & MCEC. 
Copies of the proposed are available at Town Hall, located at 2757 Fish Hatchery Road.  Public and written comments are welcome and may be submitted to the Town Council.

Town Hall will also consider the following proposed amendments to the Zoning Map:

• Map amendment request No. 20180730, initiated by the Pine Ridge Planning Commission, in accordance with Zoning Ordinance 521(l) and 1300(a), to change the zoning district designation for property owned by Sturkie-Jones Inc., located at 624 Pine Ridge Drive, TMS# 007833-01-009, consisting of 3.75 acres from, C-1 PD, General Commercial Planned Development District to MU, Mixed Use District.
• Documents related to the amendment are available for public inspection at Town Hall, 2757 Fish Hatchery Road, West Columbia, SC, during normal business hours.  The public is invited to submit any written comments to the Zoning Administrator at 2757 Fish Hatchery Road, West Columbia, SC 29172, which will be presented to Council.
