Springdale police arrested a man on drug distribution charges, police said Thursday.
Springdale police with assistance from Lexington County deputies arrested Daniel Scott Burgess after a traffic stop.
Burgess has been charged with Possession with Intent to Distribute Fentanyl 3rd, Possession with Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine 3rd, and Tampering with Physical Evidence. Officers seized the illegal narcotics along with $13,766.00 in cash and the suspect’s vehicle. Burgess is currently in LCDC awaiting a bond hearing
