One of the interesting things about being with a company for the better part of a half century, you get the chance to meet and befriend some very special leaders from around the life insurance world, many of whom are part of your own company.

Recently, two of my comrades at the Knights of Columbus passed away at very young ages. I had the privilege of being a General Agent with the Knights of Columbus for some 25 of my 44 years and got to know another General Agent, Gary Struemph. He recently died at the age of 55.
