University of South Carolina senior Mikiah Herbert Harrigan poured in 13 points as 5th-ranked South Carolina notched its 10th-straight win over in-state rival Clemson (2-4) 84-48 Sunday at Littlejohn Coliseum.
A total of 6 Gamecocks finished in double figures as South Carolina (6-0) stayed perfect on the season.
The Gamecock frontcourt dominated with Herbert Harrigan and Aliyah Boston tying for team-high honors with 13 points each. In the final rivalry game of her career, Herbert Harrigan narrowly missed a double-double with 9 rebounds, including 5 on the offensive end, and added a pair of blocks as well.
Boston grabbed 4 rebounds, swiped 3 steals and blocked a shot.
The Gamecock backcourt got hot late with 4 guards finishing in double-figure points. Tyasha Harris led that group with 12 points to go with her team-high 4 assists. Brea Beal dialed in her outside shooting, hitting 3-5 from 3-point range to finish with 11 points.
Zia Cooke and Destanni Henderson each scored 10 points, and Henderson matched Harris' team-high 4 assists.
A pair of former Lexington County Co-Players of the Year also saw action. Swansea graduate Danae McNeal scored 4 points in 14 minutes and Lexington High graduate Olivia Thompson hit a 3 for her only points of the game.
South Carolina will now head to the Virgin Islands to compete in the Paradise Jam. The Gamecocks will face 18th-ranked Indiana at 8 pm on Thanksgiving Day.
