2 more county lives lost to covid

11 more confirmed SC covid deaths and 1 probable death were reported Monday.

2 elderly Lexington County deaths occurred Dec. 10 and 11.

The county had 151 new cases. Richland County had 142.

Greenvile County continues to have the most cases with 414 reported Monday.

Spartanburg County was 2nd with 240 cases.

The Department of Health and Environmental Control repprted these updates.

  • 11,633 new individual test results reported statewide (not including antibody tests)
  • 20.3% tested positive as infected.
  •  That means 79.7% tested negative as uninfected.
