Two people, accused of shooting and killing two men in Leesville in November and December, were arrested earlier this week.

Allon Triante Adams, 22, and Cady Elise Keener, 19, are charged with two counts of murder, armed robbery, criminal conspiracy, possession of a weapon during a violent crime and the desecration of human remains, the Lexington County Sheriff’s Department reports in a release.

"Based on evidence and the information detectives have gathered during interviews, Adams and Keener shot a man to death during an armed robbery in the 600 block of Kestrel Drive in Leesville in late November," Lexington County Sheriff Jay Koon is quoted. “Adams and Keener shot another man to death while trying to rob him Dec. 30 on Parrish Road in Leesville."

That's what prompted the desecration of human remains charge."

Provided arrest warrants allege that "the pair devised a plan to rob Tony Ettheredge of his 2014 Toyota Tocoma. In the course of the robbery, the vehicle was stolen at gunpoint and the victim was fatally shot."

As to Tricoche, the warrants allege that the defendants shot and killed him "for his property."

According to the jail’s website, Adams is additionally charged with violating probation, manufacture or distribution of cocaine base, and possession of a firearm or ammo by a convicted felon, with bond having been denied on the drug and weapon charges and a $20,000 cash surety bond having been set for the probation violation charge.

Keener is listed as being additionally charged with being an accessory/accessory after the fact to a felony, with a cash surety bond for that charge set at $250,000.

Both defendants are listed as having bond denied on all charges related to the killings.

"The Aiken County Sheriff’s Office has provided valuable assistance to us in the case of Mr. Tricoche’s death.
