After an undefeated start to the Red Bank Invitational baseball tournament, host team White Knoll suffered its first loss of the tournament on Feb. 28.
The Timberwolves lost 4-2 to Camden in five innings. The Bulldogs took a 3-0 lead through the first three innings and White Knoll’s lone runs came off an RBI walk by Hunter Hoffman and an RBI fielder’s choice.
The Bulldogs finish 3-0 in the East Division and will play in the tournament championship on March 4. White Knoll (2-1) will face the second-place team out of the West Division at 2 p.m.

Formerly the Naturchem Invitational, the four-day Opterra Solutions Invitational will be once again co-hosted by River Bluff and Lexington high schools.
This year’s 8-team field includes six preseason ranked teams including Class A number-one Southside Christian and Class 3A second-ranked Brookland-Cayce.
A Home Run Derby will also take place at 5:30 p.m. on March 4.
