Try sweet and spicy cabbage

You will not regret trying this delightful cabbage recipe.
Cut half a head of cabbage in chucks, removing core. You can use the entire head if you have a passel of hungry diners.
Steam in a covered pot with 2 cups water for 10 minutes.
Slice one red onion and 2 green scallions in small pieces. Saute onion in butter adding salt, pepper, 1/4th cup of sugar or honey and parsley paste.
Drain steamed cabbage and add to pan with scallions. Stir to mix all ingredients and serve.
