Do you have things that you regret in your life? We all do and it is okay to own them. Many times, therein lie real problems.
“Would-a, could-a, shoulda.” I once had a weird dream and in the dream, I had a device with a rewind button on it. I could hit the button and rewind to the point of a decision. I could say or do something differently. Or, I could do nothing at all, which is also a decision.
We all spend an inordinate amount of personal time worrying about things that will never happen. Worry is the price we pay in advance for something that has less than one chance in 10 of happening.
To be more accurate, social scientists say 92% of the things we worry about never come to pass. Would that be a kind of rewind button?
