Elijah Ogden threw for 105 yards and Alex Reed had 111 kick return yards, including a 50-yard touchdown in the 4th quarter. The win improved the Wildcats to 5-1 on the season.
Lexington plays host to White Knoll next Friday.
Dutch Fork 49, Northwestern 0
Ty Olenchuk threw for 214 yards and 4 touchdowns, 2 each to Elijah Spencer and Jalin Hyatt, and rushed for a score as the Silver Foxes won their 20th consecutive road game and remained undefeated for the 31st straight game.
Jon Hall rushed for 193 yards and a touchdown and Dutch Fork (5-0-1) held the Trojans to 25 rushing yards.
Dutch Fork opens Region 5-5A play next week at Chapin.

Matt Pack rushed for 222 yards, including the game-winning touchdown with 3:17 left, as the Falcons improved to 5-0.
Quarterback Wise Segars rushed for 171 yards and 5 touchdowns and threw for 142 yards to lead A.C. Flora.
Chapin quarterback Roger Pedroni threw 4 touchdowns passes, all to Zavier Short, in a losing effort. The Eagles (3-2) open Region 5-5A play next week at Cecil Woolbright Field against Dutch Fork.
