Lexington's Dan Hennigan awarded Order of the Palmetto

Henry McMaster, left, presents The Order of the Palmetto to Lexington's Daniel Hennigan, U.S.Army Retired, during the 9/11 Remembrance at the Midlands 9/11 Monument at the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center Friday. McMaster presented him the state's highest award for Hennigan's selfless service to South Carolina. With him are his wife Cindi and sons Bryan and Jason.
