The Saluda County Sheriff’s Office (100 Law Enforcement Dr.) presents the Saluda Young Farmer Summer Tractor Pull on July 29. This event showcases the skills and strength of local farmers and their tractors. The event features different classes of tractors, from antique to modified, competing in pulling a heavy sled across a dirt track. Adult day passes are $20, day passes for children ages 6-12 are $10, and children 5 and under get in for free. Coolers and bulk beverages require an extra $5 for admission.
